Wire cable seals are heavy-duty, one-time-use security mechanisms engineered to secure high-value cargo and critical equipment. They consist of a non-preformed galvanized steel aircraft cable attached to a robust locking body made of aluminum, zinc alloy, or high-impact ABS plastic.

This product is used to seal door locks on containers, trucks and rail transport units, preventing goods from being unlawfully opened or replaced in transit.

Use Process
- Threading: Pass the steel wire through the lock hole of the container door's locking bar.
- Fastening: Insert both ends into the seal body and pull tight until a distinct "click" is heard to confirm it is locked.
- Recording: Register the unique seal number and take photos for compliance records.
- Verification: Upon arrival, the receiver must check the seal number and structural integrity before breaking the seal.

A: High security seals are tamper-evident and are made to prevent removal. Standard seals can be broken with special tools, but they always leave very visible traces.
Q: How can you tell if a seal has been tampered with?
A. Look for crushed crimps, glue marks, worn or modified coding surfaces and micro-cracks on the seal body.
Q: What anti-counterfeiting technology is used for seals?
A: Coding by means of laser engraving, invisible fluorescent marking, magnetic chips, embedded serial numbers and QR codes with double links.
