Common hardware tools can be divided into hand tools and power tools.
Power tools include hand blades, electric hammers, electric angle hinges, impact drills, sanding hinges, electric rivet guns, electric shears, and blacksmiths.
Hand tools include wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, chisels, axes, scissors, and iron rings.
Screwdrivers
These are the most commonly used tools. They are ideal for tightening screws, installing computers, and furniture. They typically have a thin, wedge-shaped head that fits into the slots or notches of the screwdriver. They mainly come in flathead and crosshead types. Hexagonal screwdrivers are also common, including internal and external hexagon types.
Wrenches
Wrenches are basically divided into three types: fixed and adjustable. They use a metal rod to turn screws, bolts, screws, and other sockets. They typically have a wrench clamp at one or both ends of the handle. When used, force is applied to the handle along the rotating path of the socket to turn the screw, bolt, or other socket.
Iron hoop
Can be used to test the length, width, and height of a sphere. Sometimes, when space is limited and purchases must be made by volume, using an iron hoop can help measure the length and width of a sphere. This helps you choose the right volume for your furniture and avoid the hassle of returns due to volume.
Hammer
The most common striking tool, consisting of a hammer head and a handle, is most commonly used to strike wood, straighten objects, or break them open. When using a hammer, be sure to check that the head and handle are securely connected to each other to avoid injury. Exercise caution when using the hammer to avoid hitting your hands.
Tester
Also called a tester, this is used to test whether electrical wires are live. When using a tester, be sure to touch the metal end of the tester with your index finger. Press the spot end of the tester against the tip, and gently pinch the tip with your thumb, middle finger, and ring finger. Insert the metal tip into the plug hole.
Pliers
Pliers can replace human hands in handling many sharp objects, such as removing wood from boards and removing glass from the ground. They are useful and prevent cuts. There are many types of pliers, including wire cutters, conch cutters, diagonal pliers, round-nose pliers, and more.
Hacksaw
Commonly known as a hand saw, it can cut thin round steel, angle steel, flat steel, and workpieces. It can also be used to saw small pieces of wood and plastic. Generally, the chisel is installed with the tips facing forward. However, if you find that the adze is more prone to cutting, install it with the tips facing the path.
It's common for families to have a collection of hardware tools. They're often used for tasks like replacing light bulbs, building shelves, and dealing with protruding wood during renovations and everyday tasks. These tools are used frequently, eliminating the need to hire a specialized repairman, saving both time and money.
